EFFECT OF ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS BY BUYER
An acceptance by buyer of the [Type of goods] furnished under this agreement shall prevent buyer from subsequently rejecting the goods for any reason and from revoking acceptance of nonconforming goods, unless the acceptance of nonconforming goods was given on the basis of an assurance by seller or on seasonable cure of nonconformity.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
